NFTify is a leading no-code NFT marketplace with more than 20,000 users from all over the world. It is a powerful platform that enables anyone to build and launch their customized NFT marketplaces at a minimal cost.

The Challenges

Users often encountered difficulties in searching for answers on the NFTify website due to various topics and FAQs, leading to time-consuming and distracting experiences.
Additionally, human staff were unable to provide 24/7 support, resulting in delayed responses to customer queries. To overcome these challenges, NFTify sought a smart chatbot solution capable of delivering real-time support.

The Solutions

Ekotek developed the AI chatbot by leveraging the power of OpenAI and utilizing NFTify’s existing data, including user guides, legal documents and FAQs. The chatbot was designed to crawl data from NFTify’s sitemaps and learn from internal documents uploaded by the admin, enabling it to provide accurate and relevant responses to customer inquiries.
We also refined the chatbot’s natural language processing capabilities, fine-tuning it to understand user intent and provide precise answers. After rigorous testing, the AI chatbot was seamlessly integrated into NFTify’s website.
